America the Beautiful

I hope everyone in the US had a fun and safe holiday. Normally for Independence Day we hang out at a friend's lake house but he is currently working in Cali and was unable to come back for the holiday.

Hubby's aunt flew in Yesterday and is here for a week, it is a blessing having so many family members visiting right now. We spent the afternoon with the family then we strolled around a local park and watched the lighted fountain show.

While I was tempted to wear my firework dress I opted for a comfy boho inspired dress that I thrifted the day before.

Earrings/sunnies- Quarter Moon Imports

(Quarter Moon's shop was damaged during the horrible storms we had
this week and they are hard at work to see when they are able to open again)

Dress/sandals- Thrifted
Vintage belt- The Other Side

These were taken at Tallahassee's Vietnam War Memorial. The sides are covered with the names of those who lost their lives in the war.

We stayed for the 8 pm and 8:30 pm shows, It's hard to believe it was about 8:40 pm in this photo. We will have to visit again after the time changes so we can see the splendor of the fountain shows when it is fully dark.
