Fall Color

Wow, we are getting a little bit of color in town. The color is mostly coming from ornamental trees but I'll take any little bit of pretty leaves we can get.

Sunday was one of the last volleyball games of the season. Our girls are doing so well, 26 and 2 on the season. It's hard to believe the normal season is almost at an end, there are only two more games.

I had been saving this dress I made for Thanksgiving but I couldn't wait anymore. I wore it to the match Sunday. While it isn't Seminole, is is a lovely southwestern native american print. I found the fabric for it at a thrift shop for $1. It was the perfect amount for Butterick 4443 and a little extra to give to my mom for quilting.
My second attempt at victory rolls, not perfect but still getting better.

Outfit details:

Dress- Made by me, vintage fabric
Necklace- Made by me
Belt- From another dress
Shoes- Clark's (thifted)
time to paint my toenails again
Oh my goodness I love my Clark's shoes. They are my favorites right next to my Aerosole heels. They are so comfy. I really lucked out finding them at Goodwill, nothing like paying 10% (or slightly less) than retail price.

I'm trying out Poshmark, I'm listing some items so check out the widget on the side.
