True Blue

I didn't plan to shoot in Lafayette park today, it was a quick plan B. I planned to show off the park I frequent most, Lake Ella Park, but I arrived too late in the morning and there were too many people to get good pictures. I tried, but with so many children and such a strong breeze the timing was not right.
The wind had it's way with my hair when trying to take pictures at the lake. I had worked so hard on it too.
I knew it was time for lunch when I heard the church bells echoing through the park.

Headband: Local Hair Shop
Necklace- vintage, my father's mother made it
Dress: Walmart (gift)
Shoes- old

Overall I am pretty impressed with this dress, especially with being from Walmart's brand. It is 100% cotton and lined. The colors are vivid and don't bleed. The only thing I would have liked is more room in the bust, I can barely squeeze in it and forget a bra. It is lined as I mentioned so it is workable.

Stoplight selfie
I had to stop and take a picture of the pinwheels in front of the Shriner's hall. They were glistening in the sunlight and sending sparkles everywhere.
